Guided Setup Option

The Guided Setup Option is for people who know what they want but need someone to walk them through the last few decisions. It is not a generic installation service or a vague consultation. It is a structured session where we look at the devices you already own, the ports they have, and the way you actually work, then map out the right accessories and connections.

Most setups fail because of small mismatches. A USB-C hub that works fine for a MacBook may not deliver enough power for a Windows laptop with a higher draw. A power strip with surge protection might fit under your desk but block the outlet you need for your monitor. During the guided session, we go through these constraints one by one, so you do not end up with gear that looks right on paper but does not fit your routine.

The session covers three practical areas. First, we inventory your current devices and note which ports are actually in use. Second, we discuss your workspace layout, including where cables run and which outlets are reachable. Third, we recommend a short list of products from the catalog that match your situation, with clear notes on compatibility and setup basics. You leave with a concrete plan, not a pile of suggestions.

This option works best for students setting up a dorm desk, remote workers upgrading a home office, or small households adding smart plugs and charging stations. If you already know exactly what you need, you probably do not need this session. But if you have been staring at a tangle of cables and a laptop with one USB-C port, the guided setup gives you a clear path forward without guesswork.
